Mr. Parmar is VP of Business Development for My123Employee, a US managed 425 seat outsourcing center in the Philippines. They offer full time and part-time Virtual Assistants (VAs) for under $6 an hour. Their employees are trained in lead generation, list building, telemarketing, social media, help desk, email, client support, internet marketing and more.
How do you qualify the workers in the Philippines given that most are hired over the phone?
We have a hr team & over 300 VAS we have 2 round of interviews before our VAs interview with new clients

Depends on your expectations. Spoken is good, written is ok - we have better writers on our team
Is it difficult to train people in the Philippines on the nuances and idiosyncrasies of the American pop culture and innovative processes?
No. They are very familiar with us culture
How is My123Employee.com sustainable or green?
Very little paperwork. Most is done via computer. We are looking to build a new facility and already discussing green. That is my background. I was project engineer for green manu co.
How do you deal with the time difference?
No issue. Our VAs work US times
