What do you mean by a "whole-site sustainability program?" What is happening now with this material?

The whole site is the real property as defined by Assessor Parcel Number. or Legally recognized bounds of Land deed grant. The plan entails managing the whole site sustainably; with the expected outcomes achieved ecologically and economically. Meaning: regular management, care, enhancement, and maintenance will be done with a holistic approach of managing site appropriately for, water quality, fire prevention, and wildlife resource protection, or; urban/developed land activity containment. Currently, The corporation is being restructured to address a solicitation for Indian Nations to retake their lands and their resources management there under in whole. Simply it is my intention to enable the Indian Nations to manage INDIAN Lands ecologically......!

There seems to be grey zone ahead where HMO operators will need to work and retain local agencies currently charged with eliminating vegetation for public safety and ecosystem protection. How do you see this intersection of the old time bureaucracy and the new sustainability?

I see....As we are in the midst of a very interesting place in time...I agree that there is a need for A new paradigm in OPEN government and a unionization of labor/Service persons. The plan I put forth is to form essentially a job shop of the annual municipal activity funded by the rate-payers. A clear process to support their tax-payments by making it all piece work, discernible and subject to open bidding to only local labor sources.

Union Dues will be used to fund a lawyer, a doctor and a Life Coach for every member of the union. Union Dues and Union membership needs as listed will be accessible by internet. All members will have access to form sub collectives. The reason for this is because of rotten apples...People will not be able to use a union to hammer management...or others in their union...forming a sub union will require steps to form. This adaptation will be to form democratic assembly to address a certain issue which will result in a conclusion of plan, do check under the forming addendum to or new agreement by Employer as well as Customer Base and Worker contingent. Example at home composting services to replace the current waste management process of land-filling.

What happens with the water after the roadside weeds are transformed into mulch by the H_M=O treatment?

As prescribed the use of water is minimal. There is no erosion or runoff as prescribed. Hear it from others whom have seen it happen. See following link to two to three minute videos.

Repeat application of the HMO technology are required? How does this affect your impact cost-benefit calculation?

Have you ever tried to mow tall weeds and grasses that are Green?

The cost benefit calc considers that conventional methods result in ongoing waste disposal of unwanted growth and toxics release, with Regulatory responsibility to monitor site for years after chemical treatments...Conventional mowing requires repeat treatments... The Integrated Management Approach currently used Globally relies on the Brown and cut approach....Spray tall weeds to desiccate; now the weeds are dried out and brown mowing is possible. Specifying H_M_O to need repeat treatments declares the ongoing needs of suppressing the invasive weeds/plant seeds that may germinate post first treatment... Most real people in the business know that seed banks in the soils can last decades...

See, the need to return to these sites using conventional or alternative methods is unavoidable. Note: the H_M_O process will result in native adaptation in a very short time...this phenomenon is still understudy...What has been observed so far is that the process when done in timed treatments results in regrowth similar to the regeneration post fire.

Do you also use a bio-converter in a multi-staged waste to energy process? Please explain the technology.

The use of obliterated organic material has many industrial building product and energy resourcing potentials... A benefit of this process, is it can be adjusted to convert most any material in a single step. Bio conversion technology or anaerobic digestion and fermentation systems is OLD school. There are many adapted methods which can take advantage of this technology to improve the processing and extraction of natural oils as well as adapted systems to integrate heat exchangers to scavenge heat and phase finalize treatment of biomass in anaerobic systems for residential use when systems are localized.

Methane Gas or engineered bacteria to extract Hydrogen or enhanced Methane is based on surface areas for reaction. Obliteration results in a breakdown to the cellular/microbial level when the pressure is high enough...As example of side-benefit: Psi over 30k is used to pasteurize Apple Juice and Milk without heat. This technology at the upper PSI range can render pathogens and decay biology sterile. (medical waste and other infectious/diseased material.

Herein is the simplest way to promote remediation of heavy metal by natural disassociation via extreme liquefaction of biomass using engineered water to naturally effect stratification of solids suspended in a liquid state. Effectively mining metals from plant uptake at the same time the energy is released in a biological event.

What metrics do you use to measure the effectiveness of the HMO?

The simplest is an emergency type situation:

It takes at least three vehicles to support and transport an 18 man fire hand crew to the site to perform one (1) hour of work to cut a length of fire-line manually....

It takes one person, in one modern light weight highly mobile and fuel efficient vehicle half the time to do the same amount of fire-line using 300 gallons of water and 2 gallons of gasoline.

SEIU and IBEW UNION Management and the Government Administrations built on collecting fines for pollution to fund the oversight of the pollution releases. Unions are redundant and outdated. The people have a voice. They have individuality, We all have our ideas.....We are not retarded... We see how much the Union is the problem......and not the solution in its current form. The restructured Union addresses the shortcoming and eliminates potential for evil people to sustain off of the good folk trying to do good.
