cartoon girl grave yard

possible
wanna be breakin'
a new comic global girl fiend
red white and green blue scream
praying for a sacrifice 2

tired of lickin' your cartoon girl sheets
after shave smiles
coke and cola lips by
vermouth straps

back to chasing match stick women
collapsed in 2 AM booths

sling me home mamma long legs
into your boysenberry petting zoo

- Pendulum Extremes -

exhausted
between inspiration and exclusion
pendulum extremes
anxiety then bliss
on my bi-polar swing

never enough on the plate
always too much to do
never good enough
we swallow the news

everyday paradoxes
in universal symbols
fear hope soil dusk dope

balancing
the end of the world on baby souls
archetypes
pinballs cosmic bounce and bang

one hand on your cell phone
the other in your heart
new myths emerge

Claridad's Compost Scales

Kitchen scraps - forgotten fossils
Compost pile oven, womb, generator, a new planet
Breathe into the black eye, soil oxygen
Over and over

***
Wheel barrow now
Hands and heart are ancient tools
No shell - no center - just mass
Turn it over and over

***
Organic smolderings 'n' earthen kiln
Kids sing secrets of green seeds
On a short fuse
Over and over and over and over

Occupation in your Eyes

I am in your micro wave
Melting the North Pole
Calling for the Old Silicon Valley
Charging the new black hole

I am your compost pile
The dark black box in the garage
Spent cartridge in your gun
The billy beer can under the couch

I am your empty pool
The top of the dirt pile in the side yard
Occupation in your eyes
Slime of lost causes and silly intentions

I am dust and wax and spit and tv's last glare
Lost Boston tapes
Bald head and broken nails n

Can you feel father's nuclear age wither my eyes?

ripped corners of books
carry our sound in your ears
a pound of Lincoln's tears
free soil hands steal

burning the winter fields
lying with the stars
waxing the Moon
ditching our cars

bingo stockings at St. John's
soup spoons
do you really need want to fill my shoes?
O, Light up your sin!

Let's kill the Manhattan wing before the ePetroglyphs break

The Cinnamon Cob Dance

Our swing dance in the mud
Measuring, carrying, dumping, folding
Packing, balling, throwing, spreading, smoothing
Community shaping

Teaching in the round - as a group
Re-using sticks, busted sidewalks, tired dirt, memories from the sand box?
Our - live - future - back - play
Come in the circle with communal food

The transmutation of soils and water and straw - EcoAlchemy Now!
The smiles and dirty feet on the tarps, the ritual of the work dance
Silly Potrero Hill wine spill!

Hands in the cob, an ancient rite renewed
Building a new bench world
Sacred are the bonds that form and last between class, teachers and the land
Sacred is choosing the long view, re-loving Nature's spirit, the shared view
We are growing local heroes here

Faith 2.0

neighborhood scales sharpening resilience
we discredit and resist and protest
nothing "above" us in our community now
we're all down below

pray if you want
but this is Faith 2.0

lock arms with your neighbor
the shit is hitting the fan
it's our time now
don't waste it

We are Neighbor 2.0

permaculture without nature is just
technology and tech alone
will not save you

We are Food Forest 2.0

this is our last
catechism class peeps
we all have the same spirit
in this spirit desert

God Damn it
We are Faith

Christ Love is one of Regeneration

Took what he had
Saw the scene
Live the truth thru love
Lived the lessons for us

Come back in our hearts to continue God's plan for us

Christ love is one of regeneration

He gathered what we knew
Made the scene
Brought truth thru love
And lived the lessons for us

Come back in our hearts to continue God's plan for us
We are one community and free

"OK, these are hard topics, Moma."

"Pick one. They have much in common, like power, greed and fear. What do you see? Is our planet - and all the beings here - now self-destructing? God is about to come down here to hear some solutions!"
